OpenHands — Runs in a sandboxed container and executes `.openhands/setup.sh` at session start per OpenHands' repo-customization docs. A root AGENTS.md is now the preferred always-on instruction surface; the older `.openhands/microagents/` path has been renamed to Skills (`.agents/skills/`).
